Remote Enrollment Specialist; Certified Medical Assistant

Overview

Remote Enrollment Specialist (Certified Medical Assistant) s role uses clinical experience to educate and enroll patients in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs from a remote position (US-only).

• Patient Outreach:
  Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients; conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility based on established criteria.
• Education and Information Sharing:
  Explain the benefits of CCM/RPM programs to patients and families; provide detailed information about services including remote monitoring and care coordination.
• Enrollment and Documentation:
  Assist eligible patients with enrollment; ensure all forms and documentation are completed accurately; maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, enrollment status, and program details.
• Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge:
  Stay up-to-date with regulations and compliance standards related to CCM/RPM; ensure enrollments adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor and track enrollment performance to meet or exceed goals.

• National Certification in Medical Assisting
• Residence in the US
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Empathy and the ability to connect with patients and families
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their management
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required

• Comprehensive training on CCM/RPM program details, enrollment processes, and communication techniques
• This is a 1099 role and does not include benefits
• Fully remote (US only);
