Small private practice is seeking licensed therapists. As a contractual therapist with our agency, you will be credentialed with insurance payors and have the flexibility to work remotely or in our well-equipped office, depending on your preference and client needs. This position is ideal for self-motivated professionals who are committed to their own professional growth and development in the field of counseling.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse client base.
• Work independently, managing schedules and maintaining consistent client engagement.
• Participate in regular supervision and continue personal development and training.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with all professional standards.

• It is expected that the clinician apply evidence-based methods and theories to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• The agency is looking for individuals willing to engage in the credentialing process with insurance payors.

• MUST BE LICENSED or LICENSE ELIGIBLE (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A).
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited institution.
• Computer skills required; must be able to document in electronic medical records system.
• Exercises knowledgeable, independent clinical judgment on routine and non-routine matters.
