Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Practice Licensed Counselor at Monarch Behavioral Health, PLLC, located in San Antonio, TX, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions, developing tailored treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. The counselor will also collaborate with other team members to ensure quality care and may participate in professional development activities to enhance their therapeutic practice.

Who we are looking for:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field, and active professional licensure in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psy.

    D., Ph.D.)
  • Proficiency and niche providing therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family counseling
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and addressing complex emotional and mental health challenges
  • Experience or interest in working with diverse populations and addressing a range of mental health needs
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule between in-person and remote work
