• Provide operational oversight of the Revenue Integrity Analyst team and monitor financial data related to charge capture
• Serve as a liaison between Revenue Integrity and clinical/operational departments to address charge issues
• Develop, educate, and manage Revenue Integrity Specialists, ensuring effective communication of charging trends
• Engage with clinical areas to confirm proper and timely billing of services
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory changes affecting charge practices and develop relevant policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Revenue Integrity
• At least 2 years of leadership experience, including performance management of direct reports
• Strong knowledge of healthcare coding and billing principles, including ICD/DRG and CPT coding
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with effective human relations and leadership abilities

• Additional related education and/or experience in healthcare or revenue integrity
