Board Certified Behavior Analyst​/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Conduct Curb is a dedicated family-centered agency that utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis to provide intensive behavioral intervention and skill development services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We are currently recruiting for a BCBA/BCaBA(s) to join our team!

While this is a full-time position, the incumbent will only be responsible for the oversight and direction of an assigned client caseload and will have a behavior assistant to support. The incumbent will also have access to a clinical supervisor and other BCBAs on site. Opportunities for professional development and upward mobility also available.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, the incumbent will be responsible for directing and overseeing client ABA programs. On average, caseload will range from 8-10 clients. The BCBA/BCaBA will also be responsible for ITP and BIP development as well as supervising and training assigned Program Coordinator(s) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Adhere to standards in the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts ().
• Recognize and abide by boundaries of practice set forth in the BACB 4 Ed Task List ().
• Oversee and monitor client caseload.
• Guide Program Coordinator(s) and Registered Behavior Technicians in addressing maladaptive behaviors based on behavior reduction plans and implementing interventions based on skill acquisition plans.
• Provide training to Program Coordinator(s) and Registered Behavior Technicians on skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans.
• Assist with training Behavior Technicians seeking RBT certification.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses.
• ITP development and BIP development.
• Analyze data and make decisions for client goals based on data.
• Conduct new client intakes/assessments
• Provide guidance to Program Coordinator(s) in developing skill acquisition programs.
• Meet with parents periodically, as needed or scheduled for parent training, to discuss goals, review treatment, etc.
• Provide crisis management and guidance on client cases during crisis situations.
• Generate clinical notes.
• Provide ABA supervision to Program Coordinator(s) and Behavior Technicians.
• Minimum of twenty-six (26) billable hours per week.
• Maintain client welfare and dignity.
• Abide by BACB Code of Ethics and certificate criteria.

BCBAs may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, and/or do repetitive tasks with few breaks. BCBAs may also be required to use various methods of safe physical management techniques to ensure the safety of Conduct Curb clients and staff.

• Credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
• Trained in safe physical management techniques (or able to attend and participate in safe physical management technique trainings)

MINIMUM OF EITHER:

• For BCaBA Consideration, applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, or related field.

OR

• For BCBA Consideration applicants must have a minimum of a Master s degree from an accredited college or university in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Special Education, or related field. Experience and expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder for BCBA.
