We are seeking skilled, compassionate therapists who are ready to join us in making a lasting impact.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Kolmac, you will be at the center of patient care—building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based treatment. You’ll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our collaborative treatment environment.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
• Work in person at our Columbia, MD location from 12:30–8:30 PM with a flexible one‑day option to work from home.
• Develop and maintain person‑centered, trauma‑informed treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level‑of‑care determinations.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery.
• Design and deliver engaging process, psycho educational, and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
• Provide case management services, including coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care, measured through clinical outcomes such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, and transitions between levels of care.
• Provide crisis support through a shared on‑call rotation.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Licensed mental health therapist (clinical license required).
• Experience in evidence‑based individual and group psychotherapy.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to patient wellness and clinical outcomes.

Salary: up to $100,000 annually.

Incentive Compensation:
Eligible for additional commission‑based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.

Total Compensation:
With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is up to $100,000, with potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
