Salary: $80,000-$115,000+ with potential bonuses!

Requirements
  • Current BCBA Certification with LABA (if required by state)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Ability to maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfortable providing in-home services and working with families
Job Responsibilities

As a valued BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, and training and supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs). Your role includes supporting families in managing challenging behaviors and implementing effective strategies for success through ABA principles. You will also evaluate program effectiveness, monitor data progress, and contribute to ongoing improvements in service delivery.
