• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process a high volume of prescription information with speed and accuracy
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties, including prior authorizations and billing checks
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care
• Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy is preferred
• Ability to work in an office-based or remote setting, requiring sitting at a desk 90% of the time

• CPhT certification is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy billing and medication processes
• Exceptional communication skills for servicing doctor’s offices, pharmacists, and patients
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Passion for helping people and enriching their lives
