$85,000-$115,000+ salary with potential bonuses!

Locations- Alabama - Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions.
- Colorado - Home based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region, and Greater Denver region. Clinic-based:
Centennial, CO. - Georgia - Home based in and around the greater Atlanta region. Clinic based:
Atlanta, Cartersville, Cumming, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, and Stockbridge. - Illinois - Home based in Chicagoland. Clinic based:
Norwood Park and Palos Heights. - Massachusetts - Home based throughout the Massachusetts region except for Western Mass and the Cape. Center based:
Southborough, MA. - North Carolina - Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the triangle area, and Winston-Salem. Center based:
Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem. - Tennessee - Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions.

- Home-based BCBAs can set their own schedules - no weekends required and WFH days
- Center-based BCBAs have no nights or weekends and WFH days
- Minimized Drive Times: Client matching to minimize drive-time and maximize care quality
- CEU Reimbursement: Up to $750 per year for external CEUs
- Ongoing Collaborative Training and support including professional development opportunities via our internal Training Team

- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master s Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Must maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation and a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience is necessary
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
Job Responsibilities
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop tailored treatment and behavior support plans for lifelong success. You will supervise and train an outstanding team of BTs/RBTs to ensure effective treatment. Provide guidance and feedback to families on managing challenging behaviors and implementing replacement behaviors through ABA principles. Your responsibilities also include conducting functional assessments and analyses, reviewing program effectiveness, monitoring data, and tracking progress.
