Network Operations Coordinator

Overview

Employer Industry: Healthcare Services

• Manage data for health plans, including demographics, rates, and contract intent
• Oversee provider audits, service relations, credentialing, and contract management systems
• Execute processes for intake and manage provider perceived service failures
• Support customer service activities through data integrity management
• Gather provider claims data necessary for service operations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, and sorting
• At least 1 year of experience with in-person or telephonic customer service skills
• Strong ability to manage data and maintain provider relations
• Understanding of provider credentialing and healthcare claims processes

• Experience working with providers, payors, and healthcare facilities
• Familiarity with contract interpretation and provider credentialing
• Data analytic experience and intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processes
• Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
