- Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders
- Offer individual and group therapy to patients
- Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders
- Participate in community outreach and education
- Able to work 1 day per week in the office
- Participate in the Spravato Program
- Minimum 12 months of experience post-licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting
- Master’s degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing
- Board Certification via ANCC or AANP
- Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based on clinic location
- Active DEA registration in the prescribing state
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
- Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EHR proficiency and computer literacy; experience with Next Gen is highly desirable
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues

Compensation
: $145–$155 per hour. PMHNPs without 103 status are paid $145 per billed hour (collaborating physician required); PMHNPs with 103 status and no collaborating physician requirement are paid $155 per hour.
