• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information in accordance with policies

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
• Proven adaptability to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with survey software and project management tools
