- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
- Strong project management skills and adaptability to rapid change
- Prior experience in educational program support or development
