• Support ongoing market analysis to determine the needs of target audiences for joint providership services
• Assist in the development of proposals and contracts for joint providership services
• Coordinate with activity planners to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
• Manage administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and education program support
• Analyze operational data and post-session survey results for program improvement

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, survey software, and project management tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
• Strong adaptability to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment
• Experience in project support related to education or healthcare training
