- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
- Strong adaptability to rapid changes in a dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with project management software and database management
