• Provide expertise in Epic product function, design, build, and testing for Epic Care Inpatient
• Collaborate with end users to design and enhance the Epic system in a professional manner
• Lead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design and testing phases
• Participate in design and validation sessions, ensuring documentation and issue escalation
• Conduct daily monitoring of applications in production and provide support for application incidents

• Active/current Epic certification in Beacon
• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• 2+ years of Epic experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of provider oncology workflows, therapy and treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• 5+ years of direct client experience in healthcare
• Experience in radiation oncology build
• Proven project management skills and cross-team communication abilities
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Share Point
• History of team coordination and collaboration
