• Maintain provider relations to support customer service activities through data integrity management
• Manage health plan data including demographics, rates, and contract intent
• Oversee provider audits, service relations, credentialing, and contract management systems
• Execute processes for intake and manage provider perceived service failures
• Gather provider claims data needed for service operations

• 2 or more years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, filter, sort)
• 1 or more years of experience with in-person or telephonic customer service skills
• Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection meeting specified criteria
• Willingness to occasionally travel to the employer's offices for training or meetings

• Experience with providers, payors, and healthcare facilities
• Familiarity with healthcare claims
• Prior contract interpretation experience
• Experience in provider credentialing
• Data analytic experience with intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookup)
