Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process and experience mapping for Duals operational work streams
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple functions
• Develop root cause analysis and defect prevention strategies based on evidence and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives
• Document and maintain updated process maps and improvement plans

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 6 years managing projects required
• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance preferred
• PMP (PMI) required
• Process quality certification preferred

• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in process improvement initiatives within healthcare settings
