• Manage data for health plans including demographics, rates, and contract intent
• Oversee provider audits, provider service and relations, credentialing, and contract management systems
• Execute processes for intake and manage provider perceived service failures
• Support customer service activities through data integrity management and gathering provider claims data
• Report directly to the Supervisor, Network Operations

• 2 or more years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, filter, sort)
• 1 or more years of experience in in-person or telephonic customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with appropriate internet setup
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Experience with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, etc.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processes
• Prior contract interpretation experience
• Experience in provider credentialing
• Data analytic experience with intermediate skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookup)
