• Create operational reports for external partners and support other deliverables
• Track and analyze education intervention data, including registration and program evaluations

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a health-related field
• 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a health-related field and/or with CME/CE accreditation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of business information

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) or CME/CE software
• Experience with project management software and database software
• Professional responsiveness and adaptability to change
