• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders
• Offer individual and group therapy to patients
• Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders
• Participate in community outreach and education
• Able to work 1 day per week in the office
• Participate in the Spravato Program

• Minimum 12 months of experience post-licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting
• Master’s degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing
• Board Certification via ANCC or AANP
• Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based on clinic location
• Active DEA registration in the prescribing state
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
• Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• EHR proficiency and computer literacy; experience with Next Gen is highly desirable
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues

Compensation
: $145–$155 per hour. PMHNPs without 103 status are paid $145 per billed hour (collaborating physician required); PMHNPs with 103 status and no collaborating physician requirement are paid $155 per hour.
