• Salary up to $35 per hour

• Review prior year source documents in multiple systems to ensure accuracy
• Address non-routine and complex issues impacting client delivery of benefit summaries
• Provide discrepancy reports to prevent delays in client implementation of healthcare services
• Map client SBCs to  and assist with end-to-end audits
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to support client interface preparations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience with the employer's administrative capabilities, preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships, required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word), required
• Ability to independently manage divergent priorities and client expectations, required

• 2+ years of experience with multiple software and system-based applications, preferred
• Project management experience, preferred
