Overview
Audiologist Position - Summit County, CO
Part-Time: 10 Hours per Month | Hybrid (Remote & In-Person)
We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to provide audiology services to residents of Summit County, Colorado on a part-time, hybrid basis. This flexible position offers 10 hours per month with a combination of remote and in-person services, ideal for a professional seeking supplemental work or maintaining licensure while enjoying mountain living.
LocationSummit County, CO (serving communities including Frisco, Breckenridge, Silverthorne, and Dillon at elevation 9,000+ feet)
Key Responsibilities- In-person services at clinic/community locations
- Remote telehealth appointments as appropriate
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients of all ages (in-person)
- Perform diagnostic testing including audiometry, tympanometry, and speech testing
- Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and assistive listening devices
- Provide patient counseling on hearing loss management and communication strategies via telehealth and in-person
- Conduct remote follow-up appointments and hearing aid troubleshooting
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers on patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide hearing conservation education as needed
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master s degree in Audiology
- Current Colorado Audiology license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA preferred
- Strong clinical skills and patient care focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable with telehealth technology and remote service delivery
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Experience working in rural or mountain communities
- Experience with telehealth/teleaudiology services
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
- Pediatric audiology experience
- Flexible 10 hours per month (approximately 2-3 hours per week)
- Mix of in-person days and remote attendance of meetings including IEP meetings
- Schedule can be arranged to accommodate your availability
