Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Child and Family Therapist based in Beaverton, OR, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The therapist will provide therapeutic support to children and families, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to address mental health and co-occurring challenges. Key responsibilities include conducting individual and family therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating care with other professionals, and maintaining accurate case documentation.
The therapist will foster a supportive, inclusive environment for clients and their families, focusing on achieving their unique goals.
Must live in Oregon
- Play Therapy or experience in Working With Children
- Background in Mental Health and Social Work
- Case Management and care coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (required)
- Licensure or Associate in the state of Oregon
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Experience working with culturally diverse individuals, families, and identities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
