Work Locations- Home-based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile areas of Alabama
- Home-based in Boulder, Colorado Springs, and the Greater Denver area. Clinic based in Centennial, CO
- Home and clinic based in the greater Atlanta area of Georgia
- Home-based in Chicagoland, Illinois. Clinic based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights
- Home-based throughout Massachusetts excluding Western Mass and the Cape;
Center based in Southborough, MA - Home-based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, and the triangle area, Winston-Salem in North Carolina;
Center based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh and Winston-Salem - Home-based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville and Nashville regions of Tennessee

- Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related fields (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Previous ABA experience
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans aimed at achieving lifelong success for clients. You will supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment plans are effectively implemented. Supporting, instructing, and providing feedback to families on managing challenging behaviors will also be a key part of your role.
Additional duties include conducting functional assessments and analysis as required, reviewing program effectiveness, and monitoring progress through data analysis.
