Overview
We are seeking an experienced Meditech Integration & Patient Access Analyst to support our customer s Patient Access workflows and system integrations. This role is heavily focused on implementation work, including workflow requirements gathering, troubleshooting interfaces, and supporting Meditech-related applications, specifically within their ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring successful integrations between Meditech and third-party applications. This position is implementation-driven, with work centered around kickoffs, go-lives, and project execution, rather than ongoing operational support.
The role does not participate in a formal on-call rotation.
- Support Patient Access workflows and system integrations within the Meditech ecosystem.
- Lead implementation activities including kickoff, build, testing, go-live, and project execution.
- Gather workflow requirements and map processes for Patient Access focus.
- Troubleshoot interfaces and perform HL7 message validation.
- Coordinate with Meditech, R1, and third-party applications to ensure successful integrations.
- Perform root-cause troubleshooting (NMI, HL7, integration flow).
- Understand Meditech Data Repository structures and data flow.
- Maintain basic revenue cycle awareness and how Patient Access impacts downstream processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and adapt across multiple Meditech platforms.
- Demonstrate self-direction with travel flexibility (25-50%).
- Expert level experience in Meditech integration and Patient Access workflows.
- Experience with HL7, Meditech, Magic, Registration, scheduling, billing, build, and testing.
- Requirements gathering & workflow mapping (Patient Access focus).
- End-to-end implementation experience (kickoff, build, testing, go-live).
- Testing skills for workflows and interfaces (HL7 message validation).
- Vendor coordination across Meditech, R1, and third-party apps.
- Root-cause troubleshooting (NMI, HL7, integration flow).
- Meditech Data Repository understanding (file structure, data flow).
- Basic revenue cycle awareness, and how Patient Access impacts downstream.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- Adaptability across multiple Meditech platforms.
- Self-directed work style with travel flexibility (25-50%).
Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, TN.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
