Overview
The Correspondence Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and tracking all processes pertaining to the Correspondence Team. The Team Lead runs queries and maintains reports, as well as trains new employees and keeps up with the correspondence training material. This role may assist the supervisor with additional projects/tasks. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities- Creates and maintains reports in worksheets and formulas in Excel
- Runs queries to collate data
- Merges documents from different operating sources, utilizing Microsoft Word Mail Merge
- Compiles specific supporting documents to send with correspondence
- Monitors and tracks completion of all processes
- Responsible for training all new analysts
- Responsible for keeping training material up to date
- Tracks analyst errors and creates coaching measures
- Additional duties as assigned
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to think and work independently, while working in an overall team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced/production environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; especially Excel filtering, formulas & Pivot Tables
- High school diploma or equivalent
Cor Vel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $15.26 - $23.28 per hour
