• Maintain provider relations to support customer service activities and data integrity management
• Manage provider audits, service relations, credentialing, and contract management systems
• Execute processes for intake and manage provider perceived service failures
• Gather provider claims data needed for service operations
• Ensure accurate management of health plans including demographics, rates, and contract intent

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, either in-person or via telephone
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience with healthcare providers, payors, and facilities
• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing
• Prior experience in contract interpretation
• Familiarity with provider credentialing processes
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formatting, VLOOKUP)
