Position: Analyst Applications II | ITS Applications - OpTime/Anesthesia | Full time | Day shift - Remote - FL & GA
Overview

Remote - Authorized Remote States are FL & GA - Minimal onsite meetings required

Position Summary

Reports to the Systems Application Manager. The Applications Analyst II must have a clear understanding of system functionality and/or departmental processes as they relate to the supported system(s) and application(s).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required to interpret and distribute documentation related to system/application functionality, upgrades, and enhancements. The Applications Analyst II devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems while considering system limitations and capabilities.

This role may be responsible for leading multiple phases of a project and may include instructing system users on workflows and best practices. The candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a solution-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Education

Required:

* High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

* Degree in an applicable field (e.g., Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or related discipline)

Experience

Required:

* Two (2) years of experience in application support or application training

Preferred:

* Three (3) years of experience in analysis, content building, and project management within the applicable application or Epic module

Licensure / Certifications

Required:

* If hired into a role supporting an Epic application (effective October 1, 2012):

* EPIC accreditation is required within 6 months of date of hire or transfer, or within three attempts at passing the certification exam.

* New Version Training (NVT) is required with each Epic version release and must be maintained.

* Epic requires periodic re-certification every 3-5 years or with version releases.

* Ongoing NVT and/or re-certification is required to maintain certification and continued employment within IT.

Preferred:

* OpTime/Anesthesia Epic experience preferred.
