Job DescriptionA client in the medical device space is seeking a talented Program Manager to supercharge the enablement of their AI solutions in the pre-authorization space. The ideal candidate will come from a medical device or life sciences background and have experience automating processes or implementing AI solutions to improve patient access. This resource will work directly with IT and Business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and strong delivery of the product expansion and enhancement.
Prior experience in the pre-authorization or patient access space and ability to recommend technical solutions for different use cases throughout the process (AI vs. Automation vs. Machine Learning) will be essential. This will be a high-impact role with major revenue-driving deliverables and the ability to engage high-level stakeholders to drive internal buy-in will be key! This opportunity is remote with monthly travel expected to Southern California and will be a 6-month contract with extensions and likely permanent conversion.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional Program Management experience
- Prior Product Management experience, knowledge of best practices
- Medical Device/Life Sciences Industry experience
- Specific experience within the Pre-Authorization, Patient Access, or commercialization space
- Experience implementing and commercializing AI products
- Strong communication skills with experience working with high-level stakeholders
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in the pre-authorization space
- Advanced Degree (MBA, Master’s etc.)
- Relevant certifications (AI Technology, Product Management, PMP, etc.)
- Technical Background
