• Submit and resolve moderate to high complexity medical claims, ensuring compliance with billing requirements
• Respond to requests from management, staff, or physicians in a timely manner
• Utilize multiple system applications to review and update patient billing information
• Act as a liaison with internal and external customers for claims and receivables resolution
• Document accounts and provide training and process documentation for junior staff

• High School Equivalent / GED required;
  Associate's Degree and Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of medical billing/claims experience required
• Proficiency in claim submission (UB04/HCFA 1500) and knowledge of third-party payers
• Strong understanding of procedural and ICD
  10 coding and medical billing terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with medical billing software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Notable client service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to function independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
