Ellie Mental Health – Clinton Township is seeking a compassionate, motivated therapist to join our team. This role allows you to do what you love — help clients thrive!

• Competitive compensation: $65,000–$95,000+ (based on caseload/experience)

• Provide therapy for children (10+), teens, families, and adults
• Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
• Deliver excellent client care with creativity and innovation
• Collaborate with a supportive, team‑based culture

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field
• Active LLMSW or LLPC license in Michigan
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience in private practice strongly preferred
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
• Comfort working with diverse populations (children, teens a plus)
• Tech‑savvy (Office 365 & EHR experience; Valant is a plus)
• Healthy boundaries and professional presence

• Full‑time caseload averaging 25 client sessions per week
• In‑office counseling required at least 4 days/week
• Regular 1:1s with Clinical Supervisor + monthly team meetings
