• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for large, complex customer solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to define technical solutions and delivery requirements
• Create individualized project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource coordination
• Deliver training or coordinate training sessions for customer teams
• Monitor implementation progress and proactively mitigate risks to maintain timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of implementation project management experience
• Ability to reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah
• Valid driver s license may be required for customer site visits

• Working knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications
• Familiarity with communication technologies such as cellular, Bluetooth, and wireless systems
