Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to conduct clinical applications analysis and/or programming of intermediate to complex systems, analysis of clinical workflows, and system adoption strategies.
Preferred QualificationsCertified or Accredited in Epic Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support of intermediate to highly complex clinical systems in compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise, including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology.
Other responsibilities include providing intermediate analysis and documentation, formulating logical statements of business and management problems to develop requirements for configuration of clinical applications, and providing solutions to intermediate to complex problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and information technology solutions. This role also requires an understanding of the assigned system applications, functions, and features that end-users would experience.
- Responsible for Professional Claims and Remittance build, testing, maintenance, and support. Contribute to charge testing, integrated testing, system upgrades, and special projects.
- Assist in developing training materials to support end-user education.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills by effectively partnering with both operational and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and support.
Experienced in maintaining and supporting Professional Billing Claims and Remittance workflows.
Salary RangeActual salary commensurate with experience.
Work ScheduleRemote position, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.
