Medical Referral Specialist
Miami, FL | $16.50/hour | Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days remote) M to F: 8AM – 5PM

We are looking for someone with strong advocacy skills who is passionate about pursuing a rewarding career that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.

As an Elderly Information Specialist
, you’ll speak with older adults and their families to learn what help they need, collect demographic information, verify insurance and connect them with the right services.

• Answer 40–60 inbound calls daily from older adults and their caregivers
• Collect and verify demographic and insurance information
• Accurately enter data into our client services database
• Provide information about services and community resources
• Refer clients to appropriate internal departments for further support
• Act as a liaison between clients and insurance providers

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare processes
• 2+ years of experience in call center settings
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole)
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
