Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Northwest Integrated Health, based in Tacoma, WA, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The LPN will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional patient care. Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health status, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and supporting patients through their individualized treatment plans.

The role involves engaging with patients in-person at the treatment center as well as providing remote support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient care, medication administration, and health monitoring
• Knowledge of addiction treatment, evidence-based practices, and care planning
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and documentation
• Ability to work effectively both in-person and remotely as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Washington
• CPR certification is required
• Experience in substance abuse or behavioral health treatment settings is a plus
