Senior Project Manager - Oncology

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients
• Coordinate functional services and manage the study budget to ensure project remains within scope
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies
• Prepare project status updates and communicate progress to clients and senior management
• Lead internal and client meetings, setting clear expectations for project teams

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience and 4 years of direct project management experience
• Experience managing complex and global trials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and project management software
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays

• Experience in oncology and/or cell and gene therapy
• Proven experience in strategic planning and change management
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and relevant standard operating procedures
