- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Healthcare Tech
- Experience in customer implementation, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, consulting, or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Strong bedside-like manner to support customers through their first-time experience with the software
- Experience managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Creativity in developing solutions tailored to unique customer needs
