• Compile documents, research, and verify provider backgrounds for licensing
• Act as liaison between medical boards and providers, providing updates on application statuses
• Update the status of license applications in the database for team accessibility
• Request and verify documentation related to provider credentials and certifications
• Communicate with boards regarding licensure qualifications and updates

• Bachelor s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Medical Licensing and Medical Staff Services preferred
• Experience in healthcare and telemedicine preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• CPCS certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
