Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Autism Response Team (ART), a locally owned and operated organization, has been dedicated to serving the special needs population of North Texas for nearly a decade. ART provides a unique curriculum designed to enable individuals with special needs to actively participate in life’s activities. Services are provided across various settings including clinic, home, community, educational settings, and via telehealth. We involve the entire family and provide education regarding the autism diagnosis to empower families, aiming for optimal outcomes and success across all environments, developmental stages, and ages.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), located in McKinney, TX with some flexibility for remote work. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, crafting and implementing assessment-based interventions, and monitoring progress to increase the functioning of individuals in their daily lives. The role involves working closely with families, educating them about autism, and training parents to support behavior management and developmental progress.

• Strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Psychology and Behavior Management
• Expertise in Parent Education and involvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience in working with individuals with autism or other special needs preferred
