What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Analyze outstanding insurance accounts and initiate follow-up actions

  • Extensive knowledge of the claims development process and third-party insurance requirements (Required)
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification (Required)

  • Billing experience in a multi-specialty group
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with speed and attention to detail
  • Experience with computer software packages related to billing and coding
