Compliance Auditor& Billing Data Analyst - Oncology

• Conduct coding and billing reviews, audits, and quality assurance procedures
• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations for internal review and distribution
• Collaborate with the education group to ensure audit findings are accessible for training
• Validate E M, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes based on provider selection
• Document results and necessary corrections clearly, providing supporting evidence

• 4+ years of healthcare coding, billing, auditing, or revenue integrity experience
• 4+ years coding experience using CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and E/M guidelines
• Active CPC/COC/ROCC certification
• 1–2+ years of analytical or reporting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytic tools such as SQL, Visio, and Project

• Current CPMA/CCS-P/CRC certification
• Bachelor’s degree in HIM, healthcare administration, data analytics, or related field
• Experience with reporting tools and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
