- Monitor and report on clinical study laboratory metrics to ensure study health
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights
- Conduct risk assessments on studies and propose monitoring solutions
- Liaise with development teams to ensure monitoring tools meet client specifications
- Support the creation and maintenance of Risk Management Plans through ongoing analysis
- University degree required;
Master's or PhD in a scientific field preferred - 3-5 years of related experience in project management or data analysis in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Previous client-facing experience and strong communication skills
- Ability to operate with minimal guidance while managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Dedication to continuous learning and self-improvement
- Ability to motivate and lead a team towards project deliverables
