Remote Parttime Bilingual Patient Access Representative

Overview

Remote Patient Access Representative:
Promptly and professionally communicate with patients inquiring about weight loss services offered. Contact patients by phone and/or email to provide information and answer questions regarding the weight loss procedures and services performed by the office. Requires a complete understanding of weight loss services provided, including procedures performed, qualifications to be a candidate, and the knowledge to answer most questions. Provide written resource documentation to interested patients and work with Weight Loss Coordinators to schedule initial consultations with physicians/nurse practitioners.

• Contact patients by phone and/or email to provide information and answer questions regarding the weight loss procedures and services performed by the office.
• Maintain a complete understanding of weight loss services provided, including procedures performed, candidate qualifications, and common questions.
• Provide written resource documentation to interested patients.
• Work with Weight Loss Coordinators to schedule initial consultations with physicians/nurse practitioners.

• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Previous medical office experience helpful.

• Four to five days per week (approximately 25 hours).
• Weekend availability.
• This is a remote position.
