The Outreach Specialist plays a vital role in advancing Nest Health’s mission through proactive, relationship‑based outreach and community engagement. This role ensures families gain access to comprehensive, in‑home primary care services, removing barriers and building trust to help close the gap in healthcare access for underserved communities.
What will you do?- Conduct telephonic, email, text, and in‑person outreach to eligible families to schedule and ensure completion of their initial visits.
- Use Nest Health’s customer relations management tool to manage eligibility lists and meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
- Build and cultivate relationships with community agencies and influencers to improve access to eligible families.
- Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to get families to select Nest as their primary provider.
- Help build, refine, and leverage reporting dashboards to meet engagement targets and refine outreach algorithms.
- Participate in development of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to improve outreach effectiveness.
- May work flexible or extended hours to accomplish business goals.
- 2–5 years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing, or customer service role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience working independently to hit ambitious sales targets.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating to meet shared goals.
- Entrepreneurial and creative problem‑solver.
- Engaging personality with active listening skills and empathy.
- Experience in outreach, organizing, or coordinated campaigning.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Proficiency in bilingual skills (esp. Spanish) is a plus.
- Note:
This position will involve educating and encouraging vaccination against COVID‑19.
- Job involves remote work, in‑office work, and field work in the greater Mohave County.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
