Pay Range
: $30,150 - $45,250
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible options: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 10‑hour shifts after orientation.>
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care according to identified needs.
- Manage clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
- Write treatment and discharge plans based on patient diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation.
- Collaborate with guardians and community agencies to insure effective service delivery.
- Complete patient care assignments with attention to detail and accuracy, documenting and billing promptly.
- Design, plan, and implement effective patient education.
- Maintain open communication, collaborating with the healthcare team for improved outcomes.
Work in patient care areas including hospital units, emergency rooms, individual offices, and conference areas with exposure to potentially combative and hostile patients. Requires frequent movement, answering pages, and coordination with staff.
Education, Experience And Certifications- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited graduate program.
- Full licensure in North Carolina required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- CPI and CPR training required for psychotherapists working in inpatient psychiatric settings.
- Base compensation within the pay range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training.
- Premium pay such as shift, on‑call, and other pay based on team role.
