Caregiver

Essential Functions:

• Performs personal care activities assisting with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

• Engages clients with activities such as puzzles, card games, and conversation.

• Performs patient-specific activities taught by a nurse, including assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises.

• Prepares meals according to instructions.

• Performs homemaking activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
