HIM Specialist III; Remote to Wisconsin Residents or Sanford

• Analyze hospital accounts for documentation deficiencies to ensure compliance

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Completion of medical terminology course within one year of hire
• Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in the HIM department
• Must be a Wisconsin resident or a current employee of the employer
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation deficiencies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Experience with electronic health record systems strongly preferred
