What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide leadership and oversight for department employees, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain quality improvement standards and conduct audits and data analysis
  • Manage patient experience and resolve issues related to utilization review and care coordination
  • Ensure operations are within budget while managing clinical utilization and documentation for billing
  • Collaborate with teams to identify key indicators and formulate action plans based on data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy
  • 2+ years of experience as a nurse or physical therapist, preferably in home health
  • 0 to 2 years of experience with Home Care Conditions of Participation and reimbursement
  • 3+ years of management experience with progressive operational responsibilities
  • Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota required

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality improvement processes
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Background in patient experience management and care coordination
  • Knowledge of financial management in a healthcare context
