Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist – LCSW or LICSW

Position:
Virtual Behavioral Health Therapist – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Licensure:
Active LCSW or LICSW license in one of the following states: VA, TX, NH, and/or PA

Pay:
Starting at $75,000

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week)

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of therapy and diagnostic experience following the issuance of an independent LCSW or LICSW license. Experience facilitating group therapy is strongly preferred.

• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
• Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to high-quality care

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Active LCSW or LICSW license in Virginia, Texas, New Hampshire, and/or Pennsylvania
• Proven therapy experience with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience; group therapy experience strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours
• Experience and willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but minimum of 13+
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
